We are only 3.5 miles from the J11 on the M5 and only a short walk from Cheltenham town centre where there are plenty of parking options.

neuü Clinic Etiquette
At neuü, we value your time and strive to offer a personalised experience for every client. Our Appointment Etiquette Guidelines are designed to respect your time and ours while ensuring fairness and flexibility for everyone.
Initial Consultations
Initial consultations are complimentary. However, to respect our time and availability, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.
Appointment Deposits
A £50 deposit is required to secure all Micropigmentation and Microneedling appointments. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of your session.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will not be reimbursed unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Notice Period for Cancellations
For cancellations or rescheduling, we request at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and provide no notice, this will be considered a "no-show," and will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Emergency Exceptions
At neuü, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will handle these situations with discretion and understanding.
Under-18s or Animals
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no children under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs or other certified assistance animals
